Cosmonauts of the 2018 set will fly to the ISS for the first time in 2023-2024

Cosmonauts of the 2018 set are included for the first time in the crews of the Soyuz MS spacecraft with launches in 2023-2024, according to the Roscosmos website.

In 2018, according to the results of the open competition of Roscosmos, Konstantin Borisov, Alexander Gorbunov, Alexander Grebenkin, Alexey Zubritsky, Sergey Mikaev, Kirill Peskov and Oleg Platonov were selected. In two years they completed a course of general space training, then successfully passed the State Exam.

It follows from the message of the state corporation that all, except Kirill Peskov, are included in the list of flights to orbit in 2023-2024.

In addition, the interdepartmental commission approved the ISS crews for 2022-2024.

Earlier, Russian cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov spoke about the condition after an hour and a half of work in outer space.
