500 state-owned Russian universities have joined the super service “Admission to the university online” in 2021. Applicants can submit their documents remotely on the Public Services portal as part of the implementation of the national project “Digital Economy”.

The super service “Admission to university online” on the portal “Public Services” was launched already in June 2020. Then applicants could apply for admission to 54 Russian universities. This opportunity was used by 20 thousand people. applicants, having submitted 70 thousand applications. The service has become especially relevantin complex in & nbsp; epilemiological terms, when many preferred remote interaction. Also, such a remote format for submitting documents is convenient if the selected universities are located in different regions. During the first year of operation of the super service, the number of participating universities increased by 10 times. Now there are more than 500 of them.
The super service allows you to select universities for admission, send an application for admission, attach copies of the necessary documents, find out about the dates of additional entrance tests, track your place in the competition lists, and find out about enrollment by receiving a notification from the university. You can also manage your consent for enrollment and make changes to the submitted application through your personal online account.
To use the service, you must have a verified account on the Unified Portal of Public Services. From the new products of the super service in 2021, the opportunity to enroll in full-time and part-time education, as well as under contracts for targeted training. In the future, it is planned to expand the functionality in the part of training on a paid basis by integrating the educational lending tool with state support with a super service on the Public Services portal.
The demand for the superservice was obvious even when it was designed. Every year, almost a million applicants from all over Russia enter universities.

Super Services are a new kind of public services, formed around the life situations of each person. Thanks to the national project “Digital Economy”, 95% of mass socially significant public services will be provided in electronic form with the use of the EPSU (public services portal) by 2024.
