In Russia, the rules for issuing a hunting ticket may be tightened. This is stated in the minutes of the meeting, which was held by Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko, the newspaper “Izvestia” reports.
Amendments to the relevant law will be submitted by the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Rosgvardiya until July 19.

According to Timur Bayazitov, deputy chairman of the bar Association of Korchago and Partners, the requirement for a medical report may allow doctors who approved the receipt of a hunting ticket to unreliable citizens to be held accountable.
“Now by-laws require an applicant for a hunting ticket to pass a narcologist and a psychiatrist. Now the regulator offers a medical examination-that is, a specialist will have to give an opinion on a specific person.
