The first interrogation of the State Duma deputy from the Communist Party faction Valery Rashkin ended without charge, TASS reports.
Rashkin left the building of the IC in the Technical Lane, the interrogation lasted about four hours. As explained by the lawyer of the deputy Konstantin Lazarev, his client was not charged.
Recall that on November 25, the State Duma agreed to deprive Rashkin of parliamentary immunity and initiate criminal proceedings against him.
Earlier it was reported that the State Duma deputy from the Communist Party faction Valery Rashkin was summoned for questioning by the Investigative Committee in the case of violation of hunting rules as a suspect. According to investigators, the deputy on the night of October 28-29, together with accomplices, got a moose on the territory of the hunting farm “Winch” in the Saratov region. Rashkin did not have a hunting permit.
