In Yalta, the ban on swimming in the Black Sea was extended

The ban on swimming in the Black Sea in Yalta will be in effect for at least three more days, said Oleg Kryuchkov, adviser to the head of the republic.

According to him, this decision was made at a meeting of the operational headquarters on Sunday, RIA Novosti reports.

Swimming was banned on Saturday due to mudslides. 

Earlier it was reported that after the mudslide, the highest waterfall in the Crimea, Uchan-Su in Yalta, gained the maximum power in 50 years.

Flooding in the east of the Crimea began as a result of heavy rains. It was reported that two people in Yalta were missing. There was also information about one dead person and 19 injured.
