India announced the successful launch of a rocket with an Earth observation satellite

The Indian Space Research Organization announced on Twitter about the successful launch of the GSLV-F10 launch vehicle with the EOS-03 satellite on board.

It is noted that the rocket was launched from the space center named after Satish Dhawan on the island of Sriharikota.

EOS-03 is the latest satellite for observing the planet, which should be put into geostationary orbit. It will help to quickly monitor dangerous weather events.

Earlier it was reported that the Indian Space Research Organization successfully sent 19 satellites into orbit.

Among the satellites sent into orbit is the Brazilian 637-kilogram Amazonia-1 spacecraft. It is a satellite for observing the Earth’s surface.
