The term of consideration of the application for the provision of technical means of rehabilitation is 15 days from the date of its acceptance. The application is submitted to the department of the Foundation at the place of residence, stay (actual residence) together with an individual rehabilitation program. Based on the results of the review of the application, you must be issued or sent by mail a notification of registration for the provision of rehabilitation equipment, as well as a referral for receiving or manufacturing the product to the organization that is the supplier.
Further, if the rehabilitation product is a serial product, the time period for its receipt may not exceed 30 calendar days from the date of application. If the product is produced on an individual order, then 60 calendar days from the moment of contacting the company.
If there is no valid contract with the manufacturer (supplier), the referral for obtaining or manufacturing the rehabilitation media is issued within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the relevant state contract. At the same time, information about the public procurement of this rehabilitation tool must be posted on the unified public procurement portal no later than 30 calendar days from the date of submission of the application.
Recall that the provision of rehabilitation facilities is carried out only on the basis of an individual rehabilitation or habilitation program(IPRA), which is issued by the Bureau of medical and social expertise after passing the medical commission. If there is no program, it is underformed, etc., then in the approximate terms of providing a means of rehabilitation, you need to lay down the time for the registration of such a program.
