Kravtsov announced the creation of a “white Internet” for schoolchildren in the Russian Federation

Russian Education Minister Sergei Kravtsov said on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum that Russia is working on creating a “white Internet” for schoolchildren, RIA Novosti reports.

According to the minister, the “white Internet” will also have social networks, but it will have “verified content”.

Earlier, Kravtsov said that Russian schools want to ban access to negative Internet content. According to him, the school Wi-Fi must be configured to access verified content.
