All known sites that are associated with the REvil hacker group are currently unavailable, CNBC reports, citing cybersecurity experts.
The channel has no data, which led to a massive shutdown of these Internet resources.
It should be noted that the US authorities believe that the REvil criminal group, which “operates from the Russian Federation”, is involved in the recent cyber attack on a number of large American companies using a ransomware virus.
The Russian embassy in Washington denied Russia’s involvement in these attacks. The Kremlin said that the Russian Federation has no information about those behind the incident.
