The deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Vitaly Milonov appealed to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev with a request to return to prison the “Skopinsky maniac” Viktor Mokhov, RIA Novosti reports.

“I ask you to take the measures provided for by law aimed at isolating the supervised Viktor Mokhov from society in connection with his systematic violation of the prohibitions and restrictions established by the court within the framework of administrative supervision,” the parliamentarian’s request says.
