Before non-working days. In Moscow, the turnover of stores has increased

In Moscow, on the last weekend before the non-working period from October 28 to November 7, demand for food and non-food products increased. According to the operational data of cash register equipment (KKT), in non-food retail turnover on October 23-24 increased by 3% compared to the previous weekend and amounted to 9.6 billion rubles, said the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Efimov.

“The news of the imminent closure of most of the city’s non-food retail industries has become an incentive for Muscovites to make purchases that they planned for the near future, but for various reasons postponed or were going to purchase exactly in those 11 days when the stores would not work. So, a significant increaseThe trade turnover was shown last weekend by clothing stores, which should be closed on October 28 – November 7 due to new restrictions. If on the previous weekend, October 16-17, their average daily turnover was 1.36 billion rubles, then on October 23-24 it increased by 14% to 1.56 billion rubles, the deputy mayor stressed.

According to the Analytical Center of Moscow, stores selling cosmetics increased their turnover by 13%: if on October 16-17, the average daily revenue was 297.7 million rubles, then on the last weekend before the introduction of restrictive measures, it increased to 337.5 million rubles.

Are not faced with an increase in demand pharmacies — they will remain open during the restrictive measures.

“Despite the fact that grocery stores will continue to operate during non-working days, their average daily revenue for the weekend of October 23-24 increased by 20% and reached 2.9 billion rubles. The most significant increase in turnover was shown by specialized grocery stores, and the revenue of supermarkets and supermarkets remained fairly stable:Muscovites, although they stock up on food, but, unlike last year’s situation, they are not afraid of a shortage of everyday goods,” said the Minister of the Government of Moscow, head of the Department of Economic Policy and Development of the city Kirill Purtov.

Why are our medicines worse than imported ones?

Weekly magazine “Arguments and Facts” No. 42. Supernumber: 152 answers to questions 20/10/2021

Many people bring medicines from abroad. They say they are more effective than those sold in our pharmacies. After all, in the same Turkey, they give 50 years in prison for counterfeiting medicines. Why don’t we have such a law?

The expert’s answer is 0 + –

They are being driven, but this is hardly justified, because the country has long outlived the fake pharmaceutical market.

“Our medicines, manufactured according to international GMP standards and properly tested, do not differ from Western ones, since the verification procedure is similar here and abroad,” says President of the National Association of Manufacturers of Pharmaceutical Products and Medical Devices (APF) Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Sergey Kolesnikov. In Russia, you can get 12 years in prison for falsifying medicines. However, I do not know of a single case when the manufacturer of “pacifiers” was in the dock.

“The fact that Western medicines that are sold in our pharmacies are made specifically for Russia and therefore of poor quality is nothing more than a myth,” explains pharmaceutical market analyst Nikolay Bespalov. The same batches of medicines are delivered to different countries, including to the EU market and to us. Today there are few counterfeit medicines on the Russian market (drugs-“pacifiers”)».

Rospotrebnadzor explained who can be denied a QR code after COVID-19

The plot is a pandemic of a new type of coronavirus that has spread from China

Marina Bezborodova, deputy head of Rospotrebnadzor for the Tula region, explained why not everyone who has had the coronavirus has a QR code, RIA Novosti reports.

“Taking a test and getting the results is not the same as making a diagnosis. The diagnosis is made by a doctor, therefore, in order for a mark to appear on public services, it is necessary to consult a doctor who must confirm the diagnosis,” she said.

Bezborodova explained that commercial clinics transmit data on positive tests to Rospotrebnadzor, and then they are sent to the polyclinic where the patient should apply.

Earlier, the director of the Gamalei Center, Alexander Ginzburg, said that the QR-code system for vaccination against coronavirus should operate until the level of collective immunity in the country reaches at least 80%.

Earlier it was reported that residents of Russia without documents on vaccination or transferred coronavirus during hospitalization in federal medical institutions will do express tests for COVID-19.

Scientists from the USA have developed a lamp that kills coronavirus

In the USA, scientists experimenting with LED lamps have picked up wavelengths that penetrate human cells without harming them, but hitting the coronavirus there. The study was published in the journal Scientific Reports.

Experts have identified a safe range of blue waves for humans, which kills SARS-CoV-2 regardless of whether it is outside or inside a living cell.

They found that the 425-nanometer waves, almost entirely in the visible part of the spectrum, did not harm the tissues.

Low doses of such light were enough to reduce the viral load, and higher doses showed a 99.9% reduction in infection without adversely affecting the viability of cells that were not infected by the virus.

In the Russian Federation, a TOR device was previously created to combat covid. Under the influence of this device, the reproduction of the coronavirus in human cells is suspended. Read more – in the material of the AIF.

What is known about the Russian anti-helicopter mines “Boomerang”?

The US Army is developing “countermeasures” against Russian anti-helicopter mines “Boomerang”, which may soon enter the international market. АиФ.ги I figured out what such mines are and what prospects they have on the stage of the world theater of military operations.

What is an anti-helicopter mine?

In two words, these are anti-helicopter mines «Boomerang» are flying ammunition. The first such developments were taken up in the United States, in the late 1980s, the Agency for Advanced Research Projects began creating an autonomous anti-aircraft missile capable of independently detecting aerial targets and intercepting.GkNIPAS was engaged in the development of a domestic mine. The work was carried out in 2001-2011 in accordance with the state defense order. In fact, this is an additional means for organizing an air defense system. Now, with the advent of UAVs, such mines have become more relevant. After all, it is irrational to use air defense systems with expensive missiles on drones.

Anti-helicopter mines «Boomerang » can be installed manually or with the help of special equipment that performs automatic installation. It is assumed that they can be used in the areas of airfields, landing zones and any other places where helicopters can fly low.

How do such mines work?

The mines operate using an acoustic-infrared sensor. It first detects the noise of a helicopter at a distance of up to 3.2 km, and then launches a projectile at an identified object when it is within 150 meters. When the helicopter enters the mine strike zone, it instantly shoots back and hits the helicopter. The main goals are an engine or a screw. A mine shot towards a helicopter from a distance of 100 meters can penetrate 12 mm of steel armor. Experts believe that there are no means of protection against mines. Only sappers on the ground can neutralize it, or rather, destroy it. It is impossible to detect it from the air due to its small size.

The mine is equipped with an automatic fuse — it is capable of self-destructing if, after a specified time, it does not «shoot » at the target.

The Russian Boomerang weighs 12 kg, 6.4 of which is the mass of the explosive. The PVM switches from standby mode to operating mode in 1.5 seconds.

What are they for?

The anti-helicopter mine “Boomerang” serves to protect military and civilian objects from helicopter attacks, to protect areas of the seashore where helicopter landing is possible, to protect minefields from helicopter mine clearance, to block enemy airfield runways, to block places where spare airfields or dispersal airfields can be deployed, to psychologically influence the helicopter pilot in order to compel piloting at high altitudes.

How are they installed?

Manually or with the help of ground or aviation means, and quite quickly. During the exercises, the military personnel of the engineering and sapper units of the Western Military District worked out anti-helicopter mining in less than an hour. During this time, the sappers covered the line with a length of more than three kilometers.

The installation of PVM is even faster from helicopters. In flight, such a mine manages to take a stable position – with the sight up, and when in contact with the ground, it independently “cocks the combat trigger”.

What are the prospects?

These mines were adopted by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2012, but they were not used in combat operations, because Russia did not participate in conflicts where the enemy had helicopters in service.

The developer of the system is the L.K. Safronov State State-owned Scientific Testing Ground of Aviation Systems (GkNIPAS), the founder and owner of which is the National Research Center “The Zhukovsky Institute”. Currently, GkNIPAS specialists are conducting preparatory work with Rosoboronexport JSC to promote the anti-helicopter mine to international markets.

Who will they sell them to?

Currently, GkNIPAS specialists are negotiating with several possible customers. With which ones — it is unknown. Theoretically, the Russian PVM may be of interest to countries that are in a state of conflict and where combat drones are used (Syria, Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan). Recall that such a mine can react not only to helicopters, but also to drones, and there are a lot of them flying in this area. Also, the customers of Russian PVM can be the countries of Southeast Asia, China, India, Vietnam.

Is it possible to receive compensation for moral damage for posting on Instagram?

A resident of Tyumen won a case of moral damage due to the publication of stories on Instagram. The court ordered the former spouse to post a refutation on the social network and not delete it during the day, as well as pay the plaintiff 5,000 rubles.

Because of which publications did the court decide on compensation?

According to the press service of the united judicial system of the Tyumen region, stories (photos or videos that are stored online for exactly a day) were published by the plaintiff’s ex-wife. The couple divorced in 2019 after eight years of marriage. The initiator of the separation was his wife. In February 2020, a woman began recording and posting stories on Instagram about how her ex-husband was trying to evict her and her children from the apartment, take away the car, evade alimony payments. The woman also accused the ex-spouse that he lived at her expense, did not pay the mortgage, vacation, kindergarten, did not share the costs of maintaining a nanny.

The man at first decided not to react to the publications, but when mutual friends and relatives began to pay attention to false and overly emotional videos, he filed a lawsuit to refute information discrediting honor and dignity.

The former spouse demanded to write down the refutation and not delete it for a year, as well as to compensate moral damage in the amount of 30 thousand rubles. The Tyumen District Court did not support the man and he appealed to a higher instance. As evidence, Alexander presented income certificates, bank checks for alimony and mortgage payments, services of an educational institution for children. As a result, the Board of Civil Cases of the Tyumen Regional Court overturned the decision of the district court and partially satisfied the plaintiff’s claims.

What is moral damage?

Moral harm is physical or moral suffering that a person experiences due to violation of his rights (harm to health, damage to business reputation, violation of privacy, consumer rights, copyrights, etc.). Compensation for moral harm is considered to be payment for a person’s emotional experiences, for example, for the pain of losing a loved one in an accident.

How can I claim compensation for moral damage?

You can compensate for moral damage out of court or go to court. The reasons for this may be:

— loss of relatives;
— inability to continue active social life;
— job loss;
disclosure of family secrets or medical secrets;
distribution of false information discrediting the honor, dignity or business reputation of a citizen;
temporary restriction or deprivation of any rights;
— physical pain associated with injury, other damage to health, etc.

To achieve the recovery of compensation for moral damage, it is necessary to prove the existence of the fact of causing suffering (physical or moral) and the illegality of actions. As evidence of the presence of physical suffering , you can provide:

medical documents confirming bodily injuries, development or exacerbation of the disease, seeking medical help, etc.
— a description from the place of work about a decrease in working capacity or information about changes in employee performance indicators
— medical documents of contacting a psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist and undergoing treatment with them, etc.

In what amount can I claim compensation for moral damage?

You can claim compensation for moral damage in any amount. The amount of compensation is established either by agreement of the parties or in court. It is paid, as a rule, by the guilty. But there are exceptions. The harm caused by minors is usually compensated by parents or organizations responsible for children.

The amount of compensation is determined individually in each case, taking into account all the circumstances of the case and the physical and moral suffering caused.

Russians in Turkey were declared “arsonists”. They face up to 7 years in prison

Not all tourist trips to Turkey are safe for Russians. Such a conclusion can be drawn from the situation in which seven of our compatriots found themselves. A trip to the Turkish coast can turn into several years of imprisonment.

“The fire was not our fault, we only tried to eliminate”

The Consulate General of Russia in Antalya has confirmed the detention of seven Russians on suspicion of unintentional arson of the forest, RIA Novosti reports.

On October 23, the Russians were hiking along the Lycian Trail route and were detained by the police in the Chaglardzha district.

“In accordance with local legislation, law enforcement agencies, with the involvement of a sworn interpreter, a protocol was drawn up for the testimony of suspects and witnesses in the case,” RIA Novosti quotes the words of a Russian diplomat.

The Russian representative met with the detainees in the&the same day, explaining to them the essence of the Turkish claims.On October 24, a court session was held, within the framework of which a preventive measure in the form of detention was chosen against the Russians.

Previously Dmitry Korshunov, one of the detainees posted a video message on Instagram: “Friends, they didn’t want to share until the end, until now they have passed sentence. They are closing the prison for the reason that there was a fire on the Lycian trail. They are now spending several years in prison, trying to send seven people from Russia to Ankara. The consulate does not support in any way, does not help. The fire was not our fault, we only tried to eliminate it, we called 911.

“A lawyer who didn’t speak either English or Russian”

Ironically, the previous photo of Korshunov, posted on the social network, was signed as follows: “The hardest thing in life is to remember which bridge to cross, and which one to burn.”

The Lycian Trail is a route with a total length of 540 km, passing along part of the Mediterranean coast of ancient Lycia. The trail is extremely popular with both ordinary tourists and extreme athletes who hold competitions on the most difficult sections to pass.

RT reports the names of tourists caught behind bars. This is Anatoly and Nikita Yaroshenko, Dmitry Korshunov, Alexander Antoshkin, Konstantin Chebuchakov, Ivan Ukhov and Polina Yaskova.

“A judge on duty and a lawyer who spoke neither English nor Russian arrived at the department. There was a preliminary hearing of the case in the department, and despite the fact that the verdict was not pronounced, they were not released either on subscription or on bail. And there is one girl among them. She is now alone in some kind of women’s prison, she has a tantrum, — quotes RT words Irina Vdovina, mother of one of the arrested.

The Russians state the following version of events: during a walk along the Lycian trail, they discovered a source of fire, which they began to extinguish, while notifying the Turkish emergency services. However, the police officers who arrived told the Russians that they were in a restricted area, which wasestablished in connection with the strongest fires that raged in Turkey last summer. Our compatriots say that they have not seen any signs indicating the forbidden zone. But these explanations were not taken into account, and now they risk spending the coming years in a Turkish prison.

Element or evil will: Who is behind the Turkish fires

Wildfires in Turkey began at the end of July 2021 in a sparsely populated area several tens of kilometers from Antalya. Three days later, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared the regions of the country affected by the fires a disaster zone.

The head of Turkey announced that large-scale fires, in the liquidation of which hundreds of pieces of equipment and several thousand firefighters were involved, were the result of arson. Erdogan accused the Kurdistan Workers’ Party of arson, whose representatives did not refute this statement, but, on the contrary, stated that the Turkish regime does not understand another language.

However, the question of whether the forest fires were really the result of someone’s ill will or whether we are talking about a combination of circumstances remains open. Many experts believe that Erdogan simply decided to take advantage of the situation to shift the blame for the miscalculations of the authorities in fire safety issues to his political opponents. There has been no mass detection of arsonists in Turkey for these months, although the measures of responsibility for arson have indeed been tightened.

And now, suddenly, Russians who find themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time and in the wrong place can suffer because of Turkish fires.

«Spies» and «arsonists»: mere coincidence or Ankara’s political games?

Just five days ago, the Turkish Hurriyet newspaper reported on the detention in the country of a group of six people who are accused of military and political espionage, and also of preparing armed attacks. Four of the detainees, according to the publication, are Russian citizens.

Hurriyet reports the names of the detained Russians: Abdullah Abdullayev, Ravshan Akhmedov, Beslan Rasayev and Aslanbek Abdulmuslimov. They were detained on October 8 in the course of an operation that took place as part of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Prosecutor General’s Office.

Those arrested face punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 15 to 20 years.

Press Secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov He stated that he had no information about what had happened. “If these are really Russian citizens, we probably either have already received on the diplomatic channels, or we will receive some information. But we don’t know anything about this account», —he said.

Two stories with the detention of Russians in Turkey, which became public within a few days, may not be related to each other in any way. However, it may also be a political game of the Turkish authorities trying to create a more comfortable position for themselves in negotiations with Russia on issues of interest. First of all, this concerns Syria, where is it nowThe situation around Idlib is escalating, as well as the territories controlled by the Kurds. Erdogan has repeatedly stated his intention to “clean up” the north of Syria from the Kurdish formations, which he considers terrorist. In turn, Damascus, supported by Moscow, is interested in eliminating the terrorists of Idlib province, where there are many formations oriented towards Ankara.

In this situation, the topic of “Russian villains” may be a game of raising the stakes, in which the Turkish side is trying to put the Russian authorities in the position of justifying themselves.

What is actually being discussed will become clear depending on how quickly and how the story with the Russians detained on the Lycian Trail will be resolved.
