President Vladimir Putin congratulated employees and veterans of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the 11th anniversary of the establishment of the department as an independent federal state body. This is reported on the Kremlin’s website.
The Head of State noted that over the years the IC has proven its effectiveness and is now one of the most important links of the law enforcement system.
According to Putin, the employees of the IC are at the forefront of the fight against crime and corruption. They protect the rights and freedoms of citizens of the country.
The President stressed that working in the Investigative Committee requires employees to be exceptionally competent, principled and faithful to their official duties.
“After all, the successful solution of the tasks facing the Investigative Committee, people’s faith in the triumph of law and justice”largely depend on your impeccable professional and personal qualities,” Putin said.
