The world court of the capital will consider the case of rapper LJ, who was seen driving with signs of alcohol intoxication and refused a medical examination, RIA Novosti writes, citing a source in the court.
It is reported that the case of bringing Alexey Uzenyuk (the real name of the musician) to administrative responsibility was registered at the judicial station.
The administrative protocol against the performer was drawn up under part 1 of Article 12.26 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (failure of the driver to comply with the legal requirement to pass a medical examination for intoxication).
The sanction under this article involves a fine of 30 thousand rubles and the deprivation of a driver’s license for a period of one and a half to two years.
Recall that at the end of May in Moscow, traffic police officers stopped a car driven by rapper LJ. The guards noticed signs of intoxication and offered the musician to undergo a medical examination, but he refused.
After that, an administrative report was drawn up against the driver.
