The court arrested a Syrian in absentia for the murder of a Russian pilot in Syria

On September 23, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested in absentia a Syrian citizen Adin bin Adan Ramadan, a person involved in the case of the death of a Russian pilot in Syria. This is reported by TASS with reference to the press service of the court.

As a preventive measure for the Syrian, the court chose an arrest in absentia for two months from the moment of his detention or extradition.

The Syrian citizen is accused in absentia on three articles: premeditated murder, abuse of the bodies of the dead, participation in an illegal armed formation.

The press service of the judicial instance also reported that Ramadan was declared an international wanted list.

Earlier, the Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested in absentia the militants who shot down the plane of Russian pilot Roman Filipov on February 3, 2018.
