The corresponding draft order of the Ministry of Education has already been published, RIA Novosti notes.
The document emphasizes that the organization must ensure the creation of an educational environment with access to the resources necessary for training.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Education, Sergey Kravtsov, expressed hope that the epidemiological situation will allow the upcoming academic year to begin in the traditional full-time format. The minister called it a priority for the ministry.
