The largest NATO exercise Cold Response 2022 will be held in early March in the Arctic Circle. This was announced on the Twitter page by the US mission to the alliance.
It is specified that 35 thousand servicemen from 28 states and the American aircraft carrier USS Harry S Truman will take part in military events.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that Moscow is waiting for a written and concrete response from Washington on all points of the proposals on security guarantees.
Meanwhile, it became known that the joint naval exercises of Russia, Iran and China in the Indian Ocean will begin on January 21.
