Scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand said that the abnormal heat in European Russia will last at least until the middle of the week, RIA Novosti reports.
According to him, in the center of the region, the air will warm up to 36 degrees, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the heat may subside a little.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, said that due to a small amount of precipitation in some regions of Russia, a drought may occur in the second half of June.
Earlier, the head of the laboratory of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation, Lyudmila Parshina, said that the weather in July throughout Russia will correspond to the climatic norm, but cold spells are not excluded.
