Plot National projects
Last year, more than 6 thousand medical workers became participants in the programs of the Zemsky Doctor and the Zemsky paramedic. In 2021, the number of specialists who have undergone professional retraining in various profiles, as well as in 2020, exceeded 5 thousand people.
Thanks to the national project “Healthcare”, by 2024 the staff of doctors and average medical staff in polyclinics will grow by 10%. The national project helps in the search and attraction of specialists, which contributes to the elimination of personnel shortages in medical organizations.
In 2021, 44 medical workers arrived in the Republic of Karelia under the “Zemsky Doctor” program. Since 2012, 235 medical workers of the most popular specialties have been attracted to work in the districts of the republic. So, this year 44 people became participants of the “Zemsky Doctor” program: nurses, paramedics of the FAP, paramedics of the ambulancemedical care, district pediatricians and therapists, cardiologists, surgeons, dermatovenerologists, anesthesiologists, otorhinolaryngologists, dentists, neurologists, traumatologists. For the first time, district nurses took part in the program. Specialists came to Karelia from Tver, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novosibirsk, Vologda, Penza, Ryazan and Pskov regions.
In the Komi Republic, work is also underway to provide medical organizations with qualified personnel. After graduation, Ekaterina Tkachenko came to work as an ambulance paramedic in her native Udora district, the village of Koslan. Ekaterina decided to become a doctor back in her childhood, because this is exactly the profession where you can help people, be needed. In 2004, Ekaterina graduated from Syktyvkar Medical College in the specialty “Medical business”. Ekaterina admits that at first she thought to work here only the necessary 3 years. The main condition isIn the Samara region, convenient conditions are created at the ambulance stations, including a schedule that allows you to combine study with work. Currently, the staff of the visiting teams of the institution employs 3 anesthesiologist-resuscitator who have completed their residency in this specialty. There are 16 students of Samara State Medical University in the employment process for the position of visiting nursesbrigades. In the near future, 6 paramedics will be transferred from the operational department of the Samara province, which receives appeals from patients, to the staff of field teams. The Operational Department will be replenished with 7 candidates for the position of dispatcher for receiving and transmitting calls. As part of the creation of a new emergency department, 1 doctor and 2 paramedics have recently been employed in the institution, and 3 more specialists are also in the process of employment.
Providing medical organizations of the healthcare system with qualified personnel is one of the main directions of the national project “Healthcare”. It is aimed at eliminating the personnel shortage in medical organizations providing primary health care through the introduction of a system of continuing education of medical workers, including the use of distance education technologies, as well as staffing medical positions and attracting specialists.
