A resident of the Urals, who buried a friend alive, received 15 years in prison

The court sentenced a resident of the Sverdlovsk region, who buried a friend alive for a debt of 500 rubles, to 15 years in a strict regime colony, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported.

According to the court and the investigation, on the night of July 3, 2016, the defendant and his accomplice kidnapped a young man in Karpinsk in order to force him to repay a debt of 500 rubles. They took him to the forest near the village of Sosnovka, where, threatening to kill and beating him, they forced him to dig a hole. After that, it was covered with earth.

The defendant was found guilty of kidnapping committed by a group of persons and murder associated with kidnapping committed by a group of persons.

It is clarified that the accomplice of the convicted died before the trial.

Earlier it was reported that in the Stavropol Territory, a schoolboy was found shot dead in the forest after going for mushrooms. The tragedy occurred in the village of Nina in the Soviet district.

It also became known that an Irkutsk resident planted a bomb in the elevator to take revenge on a neighbor.
