The investigation of the criminal case against the accused of fraud has been completed in Krasnoyarsk, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk said.
The woman provided citizens with the services of a psychologist, an astrologer, a tarologist and a dance teacher. She built trusting relationships with clients and invited them to invest money in supposedly profitable investments.
Clients agreed to transfer their savings to her. At first, the accused partially paid citizens “interest” from transactions, but at the beginning of 2020 she stopped contacting them. As a result, in two years, the accused deceived 19 people. The damage caused exceeded eight million rubles.
Earlier, police officers detained six employees of two funeral services in Saratov. All of them are suspected of fraud and extortion.
