After the tragedy in Kazan, the security of all schools in the country was checked, the findings will be taken into account in the new anti-terrorist requirements, RIA Novosti reports.
The Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum noted that the requirements that will ensure the maximum safety of students will be adopted. According to him, the security of all schools in the country was checked.
Recall that on the morning of May 11 in Kazan, 19-year-old Ilnaz Galyaviev opened fire in a gymnasium, as a result of the shooting, nine people were killed, seven of them children. A total of 24 people were hospitalized. In Kazan, over the summer, they plan to repair the school where the shooting occurred, so that it can open by the beginning of the new school year.
