A powerful hurricane “Rick” has hit the Pacific coast of Mexico, bringing with it wind and torrential rains. The height of the waves on the coast reached three meters. The hurricane left more than 97.9 thousand residents without electricity in the states of Guerrero and Michoacan in western Mexico. 1,100 specialists and almost 600 pieces of equipment, including two helicopters, are involved in the elimination of the consequences of the natural disaster.
