The Moscow City Court recognized the Anti-Corruption Foundation, the Foundation for the Protection of Citizens ‘Rights, which were previously included in the register of foreign agents, as well as the public movement ” Navalny’s Headquarters ” as extremist organizations, TASS reports.
As the press service of the court told the agency, the corresponding administrative claim of the Moscow Prosecutor’s Office was satisfied.
It is noted that the activities of the extremist organizations FBK, FZPG and Navalny’s Headquarters were stopped immediately.
On April 16, the prosecutor’s office of the capital sent a lawsuit to the court to recognize the FBK, the FZPG and the Navalny Headquarters as extremist organizations.
Earlier, by the decision of the Ministry of Justice, the Anti-Corruption Fund and the Fund for the Protection of Citizens ‘ Rights (banned in the Russian Federation) were included in the register of NGOs performing the functions of a foreign agent.
