The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation has sent recommendations to the regions on the organization of holidays in schools and kindergartens in the period from October 30 to November 7. This was reported in the press service of the department.
The Ministry noted that, if necessary, it is possible to organize the work of duty groups for primary classes in schools in accordance with the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological rules. The Ministry of Education also recommends that educational institutions revise the curriculum.
There will also be duty groups in kindergartens in case parents are forced to work and their children have no one to stay at home with. In this case, the legal representatives must notify the preschool educational institution about this and get a medical certificate for the child.
Earlier it was reported that the president signed a decree on the introduction of non-working days in the period from October 30 to November 7. The heads of the regions received the authority to extend this measure in accordance with the epidemiological situation.
