The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand said that in the coming days there will be warming in the center of European Russia, RIA Novosti reports.
“The air masses will come from the Atlantic. They are quite warm, so the temperature from Wednesday will be seven to eight degrees, in the future it will also warm up by a degree a day. This situation will continue until Saturday… Starting from Thursday, there will be double-digit temperatures, up to 10-12 degrees», — he said.
This is three to four degrees above normal, the forecaster explained.
Earlier, Vilfand said that in the center of the European part of Russia, questions about changing tires are appropriate at the end of November, in October they are not relevant yet. If the temperature is stable below +5 degrees, then it is necessary to change the rubber.
