According to Vilfand, in Yakutia, the Volga region and the Urals, the temperature in early July will be 4-8 degrees above normal. The average monthly temperature in Yakutsk in July is +25 degrees, in Samara +26 degrees, Kazan +24.8 degrees, Nizhny Novgorod +23.6 degrees, Yekaterinburg +24 degrees, Chelyabinsk +25.5 degrees.

“Practically throughout the country, the temperature will be about and above normal on July 1. The centers of maximum heat will be in the Volga Federal District, in the Urals and in Yakutia, ” Roman Vilfand told TASS.

The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center said that in the Volga region and the Urals, the temperature will be seven to eight degrees above normal in early July, and in Yakutia – four to six degrees.

According to the estimates of the Hydrometeorological Center, the temperature will be slightly below normal in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. “Only in the west of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the temperature will be below normal by one degree,” Vilfand noted. The climatic norm for Krasnoyarsk in July is +24.5 degrees.

What will the weather be like in Moscow?

In Moscow, according to the long-term forecast of the Phobos center, the beginning of July will also be hot. On the afternoon of July 1, forecasters predict +25 degrees, cloudy. On July 2 and 3, the day will be from +27 to +28 degrees, there will be rains with thunderstorms. On July 4, the thermometer will rise to +30 degrees.
