Forecasters predict freezing temperatures in some regions in the coming days. At the same time, in the center of European Russia, rainy but warm weather will be established with a daytime temperature of about 25 degrees, which is one or two degrees higher than normal.
In which regions will there be frosts?
As the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia told in an interview with RIA NovostiRoman Vilfand, & nbsp; cooling to minus three degrees is expected in the north-east of European Russia, in the north of the Arkhangelsk region, as well as in Khakassia, Irkutsk region and Tuva.
“The first decade of June is already coming to an end, but frosts are still forecast in some regions, primarily in the north-east of European Russia, in the north of the Arkhangelsk region. Frosts will be up to -2 degrees. Also, frosts are expected in Khakassia, the Irkutsk region and in Tyva. There, the temperature will drop at night to -2…-3 degrees », & mdash; reported Vilfand.
According to the forecaster, the sub-zero temperature is associated with the anticyclone and its eastern periphery, where cold air enters in low-cloud weather.
What will the weather be like in other regions?
In the center of the European part of Russia, the forecaster promised “the most real summer weather and summer rains” with a daytime temperature of 25 degrees. The meteorologist did not rule out heavy precipitation, but so far they are not predicted.
“So far, the forecast is as follows: partly cloudy, short-term rains of medium intensity of the summer type,” said the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center.
Vilfand also noted that in the North-Western region, temperatures are expected to reach +27 degrees, precipitation is not expected. In the Far Eastern Federal District, the weather will be warm with a temperature of four-seven degrees above normal. And in the Omsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk regions, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and in Krasnoyarsk itself, the temperature will drop by four to five degrees below normal.
What temperature is expected in the south of Russia?
In the Rostov region and the Krasnodar Territory, the temperature is predicted to be below normal by 3 & ndash;4 degrees. This situation will continue until the middle of next week. Because of this, the beginning of the swimming season will be slightly delayed, Wilfand said. According to him, it will be possible to swim in the Black Sea after the water warms up to 22 degrees. So far, its temperature is 17 degrees in Sochi and Tuapse and 19 degrees in Anapa, Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk.
Will it be warm in Moscow this week?
According to Vilfand, the temperature in the capital will be four to seven degrees above normal. From Monday, the region will have night temperatures in the range of 10-13 degrees Celsius, during the day the air will warm up to +25 degrees.
Throughout the second week of June, the weather in Moscow will be unstable, with frequent heavy rains and thunderstorms. Up to 50 mm of precipitation, or 70% of the monthly norm, can fall in a week. At the same time, it will become warmer than it was.
The weather forecaster also noted that by the next weekend, the water temperature will increase to the optimal for swimming (20 & ndash;22 degrees).
