According to forecasters, during the day the air temperature in the capital will be from 9 to 11 degrees Celsius. On Monday night, the thermometer in the capital may drop to plus three.
In the Moscow region, it is expected from plus 6 to 11 degrees in the afternoon. At night, the region may get colder to one degree.
The wind is easterly and north-easterly with gusts up to 17 meters per second. The atmospheric pressure will be 752 millimeters of mercury.
Earlier, the head of the Department of Meteorology and climate of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Central UGMS” Nikolay Tereshonok expressed the opinion that the upcoming winter in Russia will be frosty.
