On the territory of Nalchik, the WHO regime was introduced

The regime of the counter-terrorist operation (CTO) was introduced on the territory of the Nalchik city district, the regional operational headquarters reported. This is reported by TASS.

The report says that the decision to introduce KTO was made by the head of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the CBD “in order to prevent and disclose a terrorist act, minimize its consequences and protect the vital interests of the individual, society and the state”. The KTO regime was introduced on July 3, 2021 from 03: 15 in part of the territory of the Nalchik city district in the area of garden plots bounded by Bittirov, Kanukoev, Tsentralnaya, Zhabelov streets.

Since 05: 20 minutes, the legal regime of KTO has also been introduced in the following borders: the eastern outskirts of the Baksan urban district (Konechnaya Street) – the A-158 highway (Cool – Baksan) – the western outskirts of the Baksanenok rural settlement (Promyshlennaya Street) – the floodplain of the Baksan River.

It is reported that during the counter-terrorist operation, a number of measures and time restrictions will be in effect in these territories.

Earlier, seven members of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi organization were detained in Belgorod. It was reported that these persons are involved in the propaganda of neo-Nazism and mass murders. It is established that the extremists planned armed attacks on police officers and civilians.

Before that, the FSB detained supporters of a radical group in Voronezh, who are suspected of propagating the ideology of neo-Nazism and mass murders, as well as inciting interethnic conflicts.
