The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that over the past week, 50 aircraft conducted reconnaissance near the Russian borders, writes Krasnaya Zvezda.
It is reported that among them were 40 foreign aircraft and 10 unmanned aerial vehicles.
It is noted that all flights were under the control of Russian radar systems.The ministry stressed that there were no violations of the airspace of the Russian Federation.
Recall that since December 1, 2019, the first over-the-horizon radar “Container” has been on combat duty in Mordovia. The container can detect any aircraft, cruise missiles and even hypersonic vehicles.
