A 65-year-old former agricultural scientist has been filling up holes in roads for seven years.

“There was a pit on the road to the dacha at a sharp turn. It was poorly seen by drivers, so those who did not know flew into it, beat the headlights, damaged the wheels. I covered it with gravel, broken bricks, leveled it. With this my volunteer hobby» began, — explains Alexander Titov.

This August, in the Mines, a pensioner issued a shock series of small-scale repairs in the third largest city of the Rostov region, almost 230 thousand people live here. residents.
