The initial payment of the monthly child care allowance is made within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Social Insurance Fund of the documents (information) or the register of information from the employer that are necessary for the appointment and payment of the allowance. Subsequent payment of the monthly child care allowance to the insured personit is carried out by the territorial body of the Fund from the 1st to the 15th day of the month following the month for which the benefit is paid (that is, for example, you must receive the benefit for May no later than June 15).
If you do not receive payments, first you need to contact your employer and find out whether he sent information (documents) to the FSS of the Russian Federation. If you did, you should contact the Foundation.
