Who can get the card?

Young people aged from 14 to 22 years will be able to use the card during September-December of this year and next year. As the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova noted earlier, the use of such a tool will be aimed at popularizing cultural events throughout the country.

“Today we see how the poster of cultural events is being updated with new high-quality content that is in demand among young people. The Pushkin Map gives you the opportunity to visit these events. The new financial instrument will attract the attention of even more young people aged 14 to 22 years to interesting projects of our institutions and will be a great opportunity to join the rich cultural heritage of our country, ” said the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova.

According to her, such an initiative will not only be another measure of support for all types of cultural institutions in this difficult period, but also a great challenge in their work.

This year, it is planned to attract more than 1 million young people who have bought at least one ticket to participate in the program.

How do I get a card?

It is assumed that each participant of the program will be presented with a card. It will have 5 thousand rubles for a calendar year (in the pilot year 2021, this amount will be 3 thousand rubles). The funds can be spent on tickets to federal, regional and even private cultural institutions.

Tickets can be purchased in a convenient electronic application, where you can also find a poster of events, special promotions and interactive projects. Additionally, the entire repertoire and exhibition plans of cultural institutions will be posted on the ” PRO ” portal.Culture.rf».
