Correction of the ISS orbit was postponed to February 8

Correction of the ISS orbit height has been postponed until February 8. This was reported in the press service of Roscosmos.

Representatives of the state corporation clarified that according to ballistic conditions, the correction of the orbit height will take place at 10:56 Moscow time on February 8. Initially, the event was scheduled for 12:30 Moscow time on February 6. 

Roscosmos added that the engines of the Progress MS-18 cargo ship will be used to ensure correction. They will be turned on at 10:56 Moscow time, they will work for 142.3 seconds.

Cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov, NASA astronauts Kayla Barron, Mark Vande Hai, Raja Chari and Tom Marshburn, as well as ESA astronaut Matthias Maurer are currently on the ISS.
