TV presenter and lawyer Ekaterina Gordon got married for the third time, the wedding took place on January 19 in Moscow. The star announced this in her Instagram channel.
“For the first time in my life, I got married not in a week, but in years, I don’t want to give any recommendations: I don’t know how to. It is necessary for the heart, it is necessary for love… if the head is working at the same time, then it’s great », — she said.
Gordon clarified that before the wedding, the couple did not draw up a prenuptial agreement. Last fall, she said that she had been dating her chosen one for several years.
41-year-old TV presenter married 34-year-old Ukrainian businessman Viktor Kharkhalis. His company supplies musical instruments to Russia.
Previously, Gordon was married twice to Alexander Gordon (2000-2006) and Sergey Zhorin (2011-2012). She has two sons: Daniel and Seraphim.
Earlier it was reported that Joseph Prigozhin’s daughter Danaya is going to get married.
Cats, dogs and other pets will be included in the federal law on mandatory labeling and registration of animals. This was reported to “News” by the first Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Ecology, Natural Resources and Environmental ProtectionVladimir Burmatov.
He recalled that in November last year, the Ministry of Agriculture submitted amendments to the draft law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation in terms of improving the legal regulation of relations in the field of veterinary medicine” to the State Duma. It was only about the labeling of agricultural animals located in private and farm farms. According to Burmatov, the item on pets will supplement this bill for the second reading. The first one will take place next week, on January 26.
What is the essence of the bill on animal labeling?
The bill introduces technical amendments regarding the replacement of the term “identification” by the term “labeling”. It is also noted that to ensure veterinary safety in the country, all information about animals, including domestic ones, will be contained in the unified database of the Federal State Information System in the field of Veterinary Medicine (FGIS).
“Animals are subject to individual or group labeling and accounting in order to prevent the spread of infectious animal diseases, as well as in order to identify sources and ways of spreading pathogens of infectious animal diseases,” the bill says.
As follows from the explanatory note, animal labeling is necessary primarily for the traceability of livestock products. And also for the prompt identification of the source of the outbreak of diseases, which are often common in animals and humans.
Currently, the bill specifies a list of 14 types of farm animals. According to statistics, this is more than 600 thousand individuals. Among them:
cattle;
pigs;
sheep and goats;
horses;
donkeys;
mules and mules;
camels;
reindeer;
poultry;
rabbits;
fur-bearing animals;
bees;
fish;
other aquatic animals.
Why label pets?
Mandatory labeling of animals will help reduce the number of homeless cats and dogs on the streets, Vladimir Burmatov believes. And also to bring to justice the owners of aggressive animals.
“People are waiting for the registration of cats and dogs the most, because there are a lot of lost animals, which in case of identification would be easier to find. It is also impossible to hold negligent owners accountable for a discarded pet.In some regions, owners let their dogs go on a samovygul, and they get together in packs and attack people. There are already tragic examples, but the owners cannot be held accountable because they refuse their dogs. Therefore, animal accounting is needed,” Burmatov explained to Izvestia.
What is animal labeling and accounting?
Marking an animal is the assignment of a unique alphanumeric number to it, which is entered into the database of the Federal State Information System in the Field of Veterinary Medicine.
“Labeling is the application to the body of an animal, fixing on the body of an animal or the introduction into the body of an animal of visual or mixed (a combination of visual and electronic) means of labeling and is the responsibility of animal owners,” the bill says.
The registration of an animal is the entry of information about its marking (its number), information about external characteristics, the purpose and method of keeping the animal and data about the owner into the FGIS register.
It is also noted that “the registration of animals will be carried out within the time limits specified by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
Who chooses the method of marking an animal, what it is and how much it costs?
The owner can choose the method of marking the animal himself. Veterinary regulations provide for the following types of labeling (the cost is indicated according to the calculations of the Ministry of Agriculture):
plastic tag (unit price — 14-20 rubles, the cost of the installation service — 50-70 rubles);
tattooing and branding —brand (price — 200-500 rubles; application — price not specified);
ring (price 5-10 rubles, banding 20-50 rubles);
collar (price 150-250 rubles).
Who should pay for the marking of the animal and its registration?
The records will be kept free of charge by the veterinary service, as well as by its certified specialists. But the marking of the animal will be carried out at the expense of its owner.
Who is legally allowed not to label?
Animals labeled before the entry into force of the new regulations, as well as pets that have undergone this procedure outside the Russian Federation, are not subject to re-labeling, the bill says.
In addition, wild animals in natural conditions are not subject to individual or group labeling and accounting.

Russian mathematicians have proposed a neural network for effective monitoring of the quality of the road surface, the press service of Moscow State University reports.
MSU employees presented their own combination of well-known methods based on the U-Net neural network architecture. This development accurately detects cracks in the images of the roadway. According to the researchers, this approach can give rise to new real-time road monitoring systems. The results of the study are published on the pages of the IEEE Access journal.
The head of the work, Vladimir Polovnikov, explained that the creators of the network used well-known methods, but found new combinations that led to the creation of a practical algorithm.
Earlier, ecologists of Moscow State University proposed to change the MPC of chemical elements for urban soils. To date, MPCs are used in Russia, which correspond to the maximum level of the substance content that does not harm human health and soils.
Cosmonauts of the 2018 set are included for the first time in the crews of the Soyuz MS spacecraft with launches in 2023-2024, according to the Roscosmos website.
In 2018, according to the results of the open competition of Roscosmos, Konstantin Borisov, Alexander Gorbunov, Alexander Grebenkin, Alexey Zubritsky, Sergey Mikaev, Kirill Peskov and Oleg Platonov were selected. In two years they completed a course of general space training, then successfully passed the State Exam.

The world’s railway operators compete in the use of long trains, which make it possible to increase the profitability of transportation by saving fuel use, locomotive capacity and rail cars. The average length of a freight train is 2 kilometers. Its increase is possible due to the addition of pulling blocks, which allow the length of the train to grow up to 8 kilometers, that is, 3-4 times.

Weekly magazine “Arguments and Facts” No. 03. Either a bus, or a vision. When will the modernization of public transport reach cities and towns? 19/01/2022
The most anticipated and discussed service is, of course, drones. When you’re not being driven by a driver, but by a computer. The project was launched in the paradise of Yasenevo, which was chosen for a more or less isolated location, a normal road network and suitable traffic on the streets. Now drones are used only by employees of the developer company, the rest are promised to be allowed into the miracle equipment salon in February (those whoapprove the application submitted to the sdg.yandex.ru/taxi/yasenevo). An engineer is always sitting in the passenger seat, but the control of the car is completely autonomous. And a tablet is also installed in the cabin, where the passenger sees the entire route and what is happening on the road around the car. At first, you can only ride around the area in the vicinity of the metro station. «Yasenevo», «Novoyasenevskaya» and «Bitsevsky Park».
And here is a universal single, operating in including in taxi, has already been released for free sale. All city public transport and taxis have been assembled into one mobile application. The service is called “Multi-Transport”, while it operates in test mode and offers 3 typestravel cards (see the table). According to Deptrans calculations, passenger savings are up to 10%. But there are a few limitations. First you need to apply for testing (on multitransport.mosmetro.ru ), in addition, you can pay for travel only with a contactless bank card or a smart background where there is Apple Pay or Google Pay.
And the main thing is that such a single one is interesting to those who need to solve a common problem of the “last mile”. When the task is to get to the metro or railway station, and you don’t want to wait for the bus or you are very late, so you call a taxi. Currently, only short trips (up to 5 km) and costing up to 600 rubles are available for the application at the Economy rate. One more condition: the start or finish of the route should be a metro station /MCC/MCD (central zone).
Later, they promise to attach to the multitransport the stations of the MDC in the Moscow region.
Russian cosmonauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov feel good after an hour and a half of work in outer space. They have so far refused to pause, saying that they are “going slowly”.
This was told by Dubrov during negotiations with the MCC, their broadcast is conducted on the Roscosmos website.
Earlier it was reported that the astronauts noticed a strange dust flying out of the exit hatch of the module “Search” while working.
The main work in outer space will take 6 hours and 40 minutes, they began at 15.24 Moscow time. Dubrovu and Shkaplerov will, in particular, install handrails between the modules “Science” and “Berth” and connect the cables of intermodule communication and TV cable between these modules.
