By mid-February, the national project “Healthcare” will include activities provided for by regional programs for the modernization of primary health care.

In the regions of the country, paramedic-obstetric stations and outpatient clinics are being built, new modern equipment and new automotive equipment are being supplied. Medical care is becoming more accessible thanks to the national project “Healthcare” and the departmental target program “Modernization of the primary health care of the Russian Federation”. Since the beginning of the implementation of the national project “Healthcare”, over 1200 mobile complexes have been purchased. More than 1,750 paramedic-obstetric stations have been opened, in which over two million visits have already been made.

In the village of Sidorovka of the Sergievsky district of the Samara region, the overhaul of the general practitioner’s office has been completed, where 1400 residents receive assistance. The repair made it possible to create the most comfortable conditions for receiving patients. The building has completed interior finishing works, the heating system has been replaced, an additional vestibule has been arranged at the entrance to the office. The entrance group has been improved in accordance with the principles of a barrier-free environment. The reception of patients in the renovated office is conducted by doctor Evgenia Tanisheva. Her work experience in healthcare is more than 30 years, for 14 of which Evgenia Vasilyevna provides assistance to residents of the Sergievsky district. “I have been working in Sidorovka for more than seven years,” doctor Evgenia Tanisheva said. After the renovation, the room was completely transformed, it became more comfortable in it. We have received a modern electrocardiograph, in the near future we expect the delivery of other medical equipment and furniture.

The Uvarovskaya Central District Hospital in the Tambov region received an ambulance equipped with all the necessary equipment to provide emergency medical care to both adults and children. Last year, the Uvarov Hospital also received ambulances «Niva» and «Largus». These cars are used for call handling and emergency servicesmedical care, delivery of medicines to patients receiving treatment for a new coronavirus infection at home, transportation of biological materials for research. In the first half of this year, it is planned to receive three more passenger ambulances. At the moment, there are 25 vehicles in the hospital’s fleet, 9 of which are ambulances.

In the Kushchevskaya Central District Hospital of the Krasnodar Territory, the intensive care unit was overhauled. The bed stock is up to 10 beds, ventilation has been overhauled, the oxygen system has been installed. The wards were equipped with modern equipment, including artificial lung ventilation, monitoring equipment, infusion pumps. Also, the department has created all conditions for hemodialysis on-site. This is especially important for non-transportable patients who need renal replacement therapy.

In the village of Abatskoye, Tyumen region, after major repairs, a children’s department and a children’s consultation were opened. The building was replaced with engineering networks, ventilation, electrical and water supply systems. The adjacent territory is equipped, a playground has been erected. Bright polyclinic offices and spacious four-bed wards are waiting for young patientshospital. For the first time in 40 years of the hospital’s existence, a large-scale renovation was carried out in the building, which was another important step in the development of the district’s healthcare. In the health care of the district, the material base is improved annually, new modern facilities and medical equipment appear. So, last year a new paramedic-obstetric center was opened in the village of Boldyrevo.

Construction and modernization of paramedic and obstetric stations is one of the important directions of the federal project “Development of primary health care”, which is being implemented in the framework of the national project “Healthcare”. Its goal is to provide high-quality, timely and equally accessible medical care to all residents of the country.
